Allegiant launches a Dolly-inspired themed flight as Dollywood prepares for its biggest season yet.

PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. — Dollywood has long been a cherished destination for countless families—and for us, a yearly tradition filled with the unmistakable warmth and wonder Dolly Parton brings to her Smoky Mountain home. With each season offering its own breathtaking magic, 2026 is shaping up to be one of the park’s most memorable years yet. Just ahead of the debut of Dollywood’s newest attraction, NightFlight Expedition, Allegiant is taking the guest experience to new heights—literally.

The airline announced a first-of-its-kind offering for Orlando travelers: a Dollywood-themed flight, specially numbered Flight #925 in tribute to Dolly Parton’s iconic hit. Departing Orlando Sanford International Airport on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026, the flight will transport guests directly to the Great Smoky Mountains for a weekend of celebration, surprises, and exclusive park experiences.

Passengers aboard Flight #925 will enjoy a fully themed journey featuring gate festivities, live entertainment, in-flight trivia, specialty food and drinks, and limited‑edition merchandise. Travelers who also purchase Dollywood admission will receive access to a private, one-of-a-kind experience inside the park on Nov. 7, adding even more sparkle to their Smoky Mountain getaway.

“Flight #925 is all about embracing the joy of travel,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant’s Chief Commercial Officer. “Partnering with Dollywood allows us to deliver unforgettable moments from the second you step on board.”

Dollywood Parks & Resorts President Eugene Naughton echoed the excitement, noting that Allegiant’s Orlando‑to‑Knoxville route is among the airline’s most popular. “Creating a Dollywood-themed flight made perfect sense,” he said. “Guests will enjoy a fast—and fun—way to reach the Smokies, where they can experience NightFlight Expedition, our brand‑new adventure coaster, along with our award-winning Smoky Mountain Christmas festival.”

Flight #925 passengers who purchase park tickets will receive exclusive perks, including complimentary ride time, reserved show seating, special treats, and additional surprises during Dollywood’s beloved Christmas celebration—winner of the Golden Ticket Award for Best Theme Park Christmas Event for 15 consecutive years.

Travelers can also enhance their weekend with a discounted lodging package at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa or Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort, featuring up to 25% off, a $100 resort credit, two park tickets, complimentary TimeSaver passes, and trolley transportation.

Dollywood continues to earn national acclaim, having been named Tripadvisor’s #1 U.S. theme park three of the past four years and securing multiple Golden Ticket Awards in 2025, including Best Guest Experience and Best Family Coaster. With the park reopening for the 2026 season on March 13, anticipation is high—especially as America prepares for its 250th anniversary and East Tennessee gains recognition as one of Condé Nast Traveller’s “Best Places to Go in the U.S. in 2026.”

NightFlight Expedition, a $50 million immersive indoor coaster inspired by the Smokies’ synchronous fireflies, is expected to be a major draw for visitors seeking a uniquely regional, story‑driven adventure.
